DirectionsPreheat grill to medium. Combine asparagus and 1 tablespoon oil in a large bowl; toss well to coat. Grill, uncovered, turning often, until the spears are lightly charred and somewhat tender but still hold their shape, 6 to 8 minutes. Transfer to a platter.Stir garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, pepper, salt and the remaining 2 tablespoons oil together in a small microwaveable bowl. Microwave on High for 15 seconds.
