DirectionsPreheat a waffle maker to medium heat according to manufacturer’s instructions. Meanwhile, whisk almond flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. Whisk eggs, buttermilk and oil in another medium bowl. Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and stir until mostly smooth.Lightly coat the waffle maker with cooking spray. Working in batches, add about 1/4 cup batter per waffle to the waffle maker; cook until golden brown, 5 to 7 minutes per batch. Coat the waffle maker with more cooking spray as needed between batches.To make aheadIndividually wrap and freeze cooked and cooled waffles for up to 3 months.
