DirectionsPlace rum, mint, sugar and lime in a 1-cup measuring cup. Muddle all the ingredients with a muddler or the handle end of a wooden spoon until the sugar has dissolved, the mint is well bruised and the lime has released its juice. Pour into a glass, stir in club soda and then add crushed ice. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig, if desired.TipsTip: Superfine sugar is sugar that dissolves instantly.
