DirectionsHalf-fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso and simple syrup, if using. Cover and shake until chilled. Strain into two cocktail glasses. Garnish with 3 coffee beans placed on the foam of each cocktail, if desired.TipsTip:Add up to 1 ounce of simple syrup if you prefer a sweeter cocktail. To prepare simple syrup: Combine 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat. Cook, stirring, until the sugar is dissolved, about 1 minute.
