Elle has worked with numerous brands and companies to highlight great products and recipes for consumers. She has also taught children’s cooking classes through Real Food 4 Kids. Elle is a baker with a licensed in-home pie business run out of her small apartment kitchen, so she is always seeking the best kitchen gadgets that maximize her space.

Elle can’t live without her Ninja CREAMi. She loves finding healthier ways to make frozen desserts, and it has saved her many late-night Dairy Queen runs.

Elle holds an MA in Gastronomy (food studies) from Boston University and a BA in English/Creative Writing from the University of Iowa, where she was selected for the Creative Writing Track in nonfiction. During her time at BU, Elle received culinary and pastry training from the Gastronomy’s sister curriculum, Programs in Food & Wine.
