Eleanor is EatingWell’s editorial apprentice. She attends Iowa State University, where she is a junior studying journalism, political science and history. During her time at college, she has worked as an editor and reporter at the campus newspaper, the Iowa State Daily, where she wrote about culture and lifestyle. She is an editorial director at TREND Magazine, an on-campus fashion publication.
At EatingWell, Eleanor writes news content and creates galleries for an online audience. She collaborates with the editorial and nutrition teams to deliver engaging, accurate and newsworthy content. As a part of her apprenticeship, Eleanor is improving her writing skills and soaking up all there is to know about food publications.
When she’s not in school or working, Eleanor can be spotted running on campus or cooking new recipes for her friends. Her favorite foods are Caesar salad and french fries, preferably served together.
