Ingredients for the easy poached pears recipe

DirectionsWhisk cider, wine and 1/4 cup brown sugar together in a large saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat. Add pears and cinnamon stick; cover and reduce heat to maintain a simmer.
