1/2 cup reduced-fat cream cheese, (Neufchâtel)

½cuplow-fat cottage cheese

¼cupnonfat plain yogurt

1tablespoonlemon juice

½teaspoonsalt

2tablespoonschopped fresh chives

Freshly ground pepper, to taste
