1cupchopped shallots

6clovesgarlic, sliced

1largetomato, chopped or 1 10-ounce package cherry tomatoes, quartered

¼cupslivered sun-dried tomatoes

¾cupdry white wine

½cupsour cream

⅓cupgrated Parmesan cheese, plus more for serving

½teaspoonsalt

¼teaspoonground pepper

¼cupchopped fresh basil, plus more for garnish

4teaspoonsbalsamic glaze

Directions

Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.

Divide among 4 plates and drizzle each portion with 1 teaspoon balsamic glaze. Garnish with more basil and serve with more Parmesan, if desired.
