DirectionsPlace almonds in a small dry skillet over medium-low heat; toast, tossing frequently, until golden and fragrant, 5 to 7 minutes. Transfer to a plate to cool.Meanwhile, combine cabbage, broccoli and dried cranberries in a large bowl.Combine tahini, garlic, lemon juice and salt in a small bowl; stir into a paste. Gradually whisk in water until the dressing is creamy.Add the toasted almonds to the cabbage mixture. Drizzle with the dressing; stir to combine. Season to taste with pepper.To make aheadRefrigerate salad (Step 2) and dressing (Step 3) separately for up to 2 days.
