½teaspoongarlic powder

DirectionsPlace a large, rimmed baking sheet in the oven. Preheat to 450°F.Place potato sticks in a large bowl. Drizzle with oil and toss to coat.Stir paprika, Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper and cayenne together in a small bowl. Sprinkle over the potatoes and toss to thoroughly coat. Carefully spread the coated potatoes in a single layer on the hot baking sheet.
