14cupschopped or torn curly kale, stems removed (1½ lbs.)

2small oranges, peeled and sectioned

¼cupgrated Parmesan cheese

DirectionsWhisk together oil, vinegar, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, orange juice, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add kale and toss to coat. Massage the kale until slightly wilted and well coated, 2 to 3 minutes.
