1(15.87-ounce package)chocolate cake mix, such as Miss Jones Organic Chocolate Cake Mix

1cupwell-shaken light coconut milk

½cupunsalted butter, melted

2large eggs

½cupchopped toasted pecans

1cupsweetened flaked coconut, divided, plus more, toasted, for garnish

Coconut Whipped Creamor lightly sweetened whipped cream for serving

Directions

Bake until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean, 23 to 26 minutes. Let cool completely in the pan on a wire rack, about 2 hours. Cut into squares and, if desired, top with whipped cream and toasted coconut.
