2sliceswhole-grain bread, toasted

½cupcrumbled feta cheese

DirectionsHeat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add kale and garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, until soft, about 4 minutes. Stir in chickpeas, salt and pepper.
