3cupslow-sodium chicken broth
111-ounce cancondensed tomato soup
12ouncesshredded cooked chicken
1cuprinsed no-salt-added canned black beans
½cupcorn kernels
2teaspoonsground cumin
1teaspoonchili powder
2tablespoonslime juice
Sour cream, diced avocado & crushed tortilla chips for serving
DirectionsHeat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook, stirring, until softened, about 3 minutes. Add broth, soup, chicken, beans, corn, cumin and chili powder. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in lime juice. Serve with sour cream, avocado and tortilla chips, if desired.Originally appeared: EatingWell Magazine, January/February 2022
Directions
