6cupsfreshbroccoli florets

3cupsmicrowaveablecooked brown rice

1 1/4cupspreparedAlfredo sauce

1/2cuphalf-and-half

1tablespoonall-purpose flour

1(1 1/4-pound) packagedicedchicken breast

1tablespoonsalt-free onion-and-herb seasoning

1teaspoongarlic powder

1/2teaspoonground pepper

1/4teaspoonsalt

1(8-ounce) packageshredded Italian cheese blend

Directions

Top the mixture evenly with chicken; sprinkle with onion-and-herb seasoning, garlic powder, pepper and salt. Sprinkle evenly with cheese. Cover tightly with foil.
