DirectionsPreheat oven to 450 degrees F.Combine cauliflower, oil, herbs, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Transfer to a large rimmed baking sheet; roast for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through roasting. Stir, then sprinkle with cheese.
