DirectionsHeat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add peas and cook until slightly charred, about 2 minutes. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until charred on all sides, 3 to 4 minutes more.Add scallions and cook for 1 minute.
