DirectionsBring 6 quarts of water to a boil in a large pot. Cook pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1 cup of the pasta cooking water, then drain the pasta.Meanwhile, heat 1 teaspoon oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add prosciutto and cook, stirring, until crisp, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a paper-towel-lined plate to drain. Increase heat to medium-high and add the remaining 1 tablespoon oil. Add tomatoes and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 3 minutes. Add wine, capers, garlic, salt, pepper and crushed red pepper; cook until reduced slightly, about 2 minutes.
