½cupshredded mozzarella cheese

DirectionsPosition racks in upper and lower thirds of oven; preheat to 425°F. Coat a large rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.Place cabbage steaks on the prepared baking sheet. Brush tops with 1 tablespoon oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
