¼cuppanko breadcrumbs, preferably whole wheat
1teaspoonItalian seasoning
½teaspoongarlic powder
¾cupmarinara sauce, preferably low-sodium
½cupshredded mozzarella cheese
DirectionsPosition racks in upper and lower thirds of oven; preheat to 425°F. Coat a large rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.Place cabbage steaks on the prepared baking sheet.
