DirectionsIn a medium saucepan stir together chocolate pieces and cocoa powder. Whisk in 3 1/2 cups of the milk and the honey. Cook over medium just until boiling and chocolate pieces are melted, whisking constantly. Stir in bourbon.For frothy topper, pour the remaining 1/2 cup milk into a medium bowl. Microwave 20 to 30 seconds or just until warm. Beat with whisk until frothy.
