⅓cupno-salt-added tomato paste ( ½ of a 6-ounce can)

2tablespoonsbalsamic vinegar

2teaspoonsWorcestershire sauce

¾teaspoonsalt

8reduced-calorie whole grain hamburger buns

DirectionsIn a large nonstick skillet cook ground beef until meat is brown. In a 1½-quart slow cooker combine cooked beef, frozen vegetables, sweet pepper, tomato paste, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and salt.Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 4 hours or on high-heat setting for 2 hours. To serve, spoon about ½ cup beef mixture onto each bun bottom. Add bun tops.TipFor easy cleanup, line your slow cooker with a disposable slow cooker liner. Add ingredients as directed in recipe. Once your dish is finished cooking, spoon the food out of your slow cooker and simply dispose of the liner.
