Directions

Arrange peaches cut-side down on top of the butter mixture. Bake until tender, 20 to 25 minutes, basting the tops of the peaches with the melted butter mixture halfway through. Divide the peaches, cut-side up, among 4 small plates. Serve with ice cream (or yogurt), if desired.
