1ripe avocado, halved and pitted

1cupfresh cilantro leaves

¼cuptahini

¼cupextra-virgin olive oil

¼cuplemon juice

1clovegarlic

1teaspoonground cumin

½teaspoonsalt

DirectionsDrain chickpeas, reserving 2 tablespoons of the liquid. Transfer the chickpeas and the reserved liquid to a food processor.
