1cupfresh or frozen diced mango

1cupchopped kale

1cupchilled coconut milk beverage

2tablespoonspure aloe vera gel (see Tip)

1teaspoongrated fresh ginger

Chia seeds (optional)

DirectionsPlace pineapple, mango, kale, coconut milk beverage, aloe and ginger in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth. Serve sprinkled with chia seeds, if desired.TipLook for pure aloe vera gel at natural-foods stores or online. Or make your own from the leaves of the aloe vera plant. You’ll need 2 large or 4 medium leaves to get 2 tablespoons gel. Cut the flat side of the leaf away, then scrape out the gel with a spoon.
