There’s an active nationwide recall on approximately 24,870 pounds of a popular frozen food sold at Aldi, according to the Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service.This is due to a foreign matter contamination.

This recall was announced after two consumers complained of finding metal in the frozen chicken-and-cheese taquitos. One of the consumers experienced a dental injury while eating the product. While there are no other reports of illness or injury connected to this recall, if you are experiencing any side effects after consuming this impacted product, talk to your health care provider immediately.
