DirectionsPreheat air fryer to 375°F for 10 minutes. Generously coat the fryer basket with cooking spray.Grate zucchini on the large holes of a box grater over a clean kitchen towel. Gather the grated zucchini in the towel and squeeze over the sink to remove as much liquid as possible. Transfer the zucchini to a medium bowl. Add egg, Parmesan, flour, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper; stir until combined. Shape the mixture into 8 patties (about 3 inches wide).Working in batches if necessary, coat the tops of the patties with cooking spray. Arrange them in a single layer in the fryer basket.
