Ingredients

2tablespoonshoney, plus more for garnish

1tablespoonall-purpose flour, plus more for rolling

¼teaspoonground cinnamon, plus more for garnish

¼teaspoonground cardamom

2cupschopped ripe pears, peeled if desired

1refrigerated vegetarian pie crust (1/2 package)

1large egg white, lightly beaten

Spiced Whipped Cream (optional; see Tip)

DirectionsCombine honey, flour, cinnamon and cardamom in a medium bowl. Add pears; toss to coat.Roll out pie crust on a lightly floured surface into a 13-inch circle. Cut out four 5 1/4-inch pastry circles and place each on a small square of parchment paper. Mound one-fourth of the pear mixture in the center of each pastry, leaving the outer 1 inch uncovered. Fold the uncovered pastry over the filling, pleating as needed. Lightly brush the pastries with egg white. Place 2 pastries (on the parchment squares) in the basket of an air fryer.Cook at 350℉ until golden brown, 12 to 15 minutes. Lift the papers to transfer the galettes to a wire rack to cool.
