DirectionsPreheat air fryer to 400°F.Arrange bread on a cutting board and brush one side of each slice with oil (about 1/2 tablespoon per slice). Flip the bread oiled-sides down and spread about 1/2 tablespoon honey mustard on each. Layer Monterey Jack, apple, arugula and mozzarella evenly on 4 slices. Top with the remaining 4 slices (oiled-sides up).Working in batches as necessary, arrange the sandwiches in a single layer in the air-fryer basket.
