1tablespoonwhipped cream cheese
2tablespoonschopped scallions
DirectionsPreheat air fryer to 400°F.Cut potatoes into spirals using a spiralizer fitted with the largest shredding blade. Snip the spirals into 2- to 3-inch pieces.Place the potatoes in a large bowl. Add oil and salt; toss to coat.Arrange half of the potatoes in an even layer in the air-fryer basket. Cook for 5 minutes. Toss the fries in the basket and sprinkle with 1 1/2 teaspoons everything seasoning. Cook until just golden brown and crisp, 3 to 5 minutes more. Repeat with the remaining potatoes and the remaining 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoning.Meanwhile, combine yogurt, cream cheese and scallions in a small bowl.
