Ingredients
½cupapricot fruit spread
1tablespoonchile-garlic sauce
1tablespoonlower-sodium soy sauce
½teaspoongrated orange zest

4ouncescream cheese, softened
4ouncesfresh lump crabmeat, drained and picked over
2tablespoonschopped fresh chives
2teaspoonsWorcestershire sauce
1clovegarlic, grated
¼teaspoonground pepper
⅛teaspoonsalt
Avocado oil cooking spray
18wonton wrappers
Directions
Stir apricot spread, chile-garlic sauce, soy sauce, orange zest and orange juice together in a small bowl; set aside.
Place 9 dumplings in the fryer basket. Coat the dumplings with cooking spray; cook until crispy and golden brown, about 8 minutes. Repeat the procedure with the remaining dumplings. Serve with the sauce.
