Ingredients

1 ½teaspoonspaprika

½teaspoongarlic powder

½teaspoononion powder

½teaspoonground pepper

3 ½to 4 pounds chicken wings, separated if necessary

½cupBuffalo-style hot sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)

2tablespoonsunsalted butter

¼cupranch dressing

2carrots, cut into sticks

1stalkcelery, cut into sticks

Directions

Preheat oven to 200°F. Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper in a large bowl. Add wings and toss to coat. Let stand for 10 minutes.

Add half of the wings to the air-fryer basket; cook for 15 minutes. Turn the wings; continue to cook until they’re crispy and a thermometer inserted in the thickest portion registers 165°F, about 5 minutes. Arrange the wings in a single layer on a large rimmed baking sheet; transfer to the oven to keep warm. Repeat the process with the remaining wings.

Cook hot sauce and butter in a small saucepan over medium-high heat, whisking often, until the butter melts and the mixture is smooth, 2 to 3 minutes.

Transfer the wings to a large bowl. Add the butter sauce and toss to coat. Serve alongside ranch dressing, carrots and celery.

  • Daily Values (DVs) are the recommended amounts of nutrients to consume each day. Percent Daily Value (%DV) found on nutrition labels tells you how much a serving of a particular food or recipe contributes to each of those total recommended amounts. Per the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the daily value is based on a standard 2,000 calorie diet. Depending on your calorie needs or if you have a health condition, you may need more or less of particular nutrients. (For example, it’s recommended that people following a heart-healthy diet eat less sodium on a daily basis compared to those following a standard diet.)
