½cupwhole-wheat breadcrumbsorgluten-free breadcrumbs

½teaspoononion powder

½teaspoongarlic powder

DirectionsSprinkle all sides of chicken evenly with salt. Whisk oil and mustard together in a medium bowl until combined. Stir breadcrumbs, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder and pepper together in a shallow dish. Place the chicken in the oil mixture, turning to coat evenly; place in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere. Arrange the breaded chicken breasts at least 1/2 inch apart in the basket of an air fryer. Cook at 390°F until golden brown, about 6 minutes.
