Aldi will offer three flavors—Clear Mind, a blend of rosemary, mint, sage and green tea; Vanilla Oak, a vanilla-white oak green tea and Strawberry Fields, a strawberry-hibiscus green tea. Green tea on its own already packs in some health benefits, since it’s been tied tolowering inflammation in your gut and reducing blood sugar. But kombucha also offers its own slate of bonus benefits, including those helpful probiotics that keep your digestive and immune systems running smoothly.
