1poundzucchini (about 2 medium), grated

2largecloves garlic, minced

DirectionsBring a large saucepan of water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook according to package directions. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain the spaghetti.Rachel MarekMeanwhile, heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
