DirectionsStir jam, mustard and rosemary together in a small bowl. Spread the mixture evenly on 1 side of 1 bread slice. Coat the outsides of both bread slices with cooking spray. Place the sandwich in the heated skillet; cover and cook until the bottom is golden, about 3 minutes.
