DirectionsBring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain.Meanwhile, heat 1 teaspoon oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add sliced sausage. Cook, stirring often, until heated through and golden brown, 2 to 4 minutes. Transfer the sausage to a plate and set aside.Add the remaining 1 tablespoon oil to the pan. Add kale; cooking, stirring, until wilted, 2 to 3 minutes.Return the sausage to the pan and add the tortellini and salt.
