¾teaspoonsalt

1teaspoonlemon zest

2 ½tablespoonslemon juice

¼teaspooncracked black pepper

2cupsshredded rotisserie chicken

Chopped fresh basil for garnish

DirectionsCombine water, pasta, oil and salt in a large Dutch oven or heavy pot. Bring to a rolling boil over high heat, then reduce heat to medium and simmer uncovered, stirring often, until the pasta is tender and most of the liquid has been absorbed, about 12 minutes.Stir in lemon zest, lemon juice, pepper and chicken.
