DirectionsStir dry mustard, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper together in a small bowl. Sprinkle the mixture on both sides of chicken.Brie PassanoHeat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook, turning once, until browned and just cooked through, about 6 minutes total. Return the chicken and any accumulated juices to the pan and turn to coat with the sauce. Serve the chicken topped with the sauce.
