DirectionsPosition rack about 4 inches from heat source and preheat broiler to high. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.Stir mayonnaise, herbs, garlic powder, onion powder, ¼ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper together in a small bowl. Sprinkle the remaining ¼ teaspoon each salt and pepper on both sides of cod. Place the fish on the prepared baking sheet and spread the mayonnaise mixture over each piece. Top with tomato slices.
